How to Claim Your Prize

If you win:

Sign the back of the ticket.

Submit to the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries office within 30 days.

Provide valid ID and address proof.

Prizes greater than ₹10,000 are subject to tax deductions (approx. 31.2% for big prizes).

Documents Required When Submitting Prize-Winning Tickets Above ₹1 Lakh

To receive the prize amount, the original winning ticket along with the required documents must be submitted within 30 days from the date of draw.

If the ticket cannot be submitted within the prescribed period, it must be accompanied by a written explanation stating the reason for the delay.

The following documents must be submitted:

Original Winning Ticket

• The winner must sign in the designated space on the reverse side of the ticket and write:
  • Name
  • Full address (as per Aadhaar card)
• A photocopy of both sides of the ticket must be taken.
• The photocopy must be self-attested and submitted along with the original ticket.

Application Form

• Obtain from:
  • Lottery Sub Office / District Lottery Office / Directorate

• Affix two passport-size photographs.
• The photographs must be attested by a Gazetted Officer with:
  • Signature
  • Name
  • Designation
  • Office seal

Prize Receipt

• Fill in the prize receipt form.
• Affix the winner’s signature on a revenue stamp.
• Mention full address and phone number.
• The receipt form is available at the above offices or website.

Aadhaar Card and PAN Card

• Submit self-attested photocopies of both sides of Aadhaar and PAN cards.
• If PAN card is not available, the ticket and required documents must still be submitted within the time limit.
• The prize amount will be released once the PAN card is produced.

Bank Passbook Copy

• Submit a self-attested photocopy of the page showing:
  • Account number
  • IFSC code
  • Branch name
• The bank account must be a single account in the winner’s name.
• Jan Dhan accounts and zero-balance accounts are not accepted.
